I appreciated the really good service i received. front desk staff assisted me promptly. bon jovi and bikal at the cafe remembered my coffee preference. Their attention to detail was nice. the buffet offered various options and waiters provided excellent service.
the hotel rooms showed a bit of wear. maintenance should address updates to modernize the furniture and fixtures for an enhanced guest experience. i noticed minor issues that require some updates.
